With three young kids my eye is always on trying to keep food healthy and wholesome. I need food to be quick and easy, as I don’t have the time or patience for long lists of ingredients or complex recipes.
I’ve been a dietitian for 15 years, specialising in difficult to treat medical conditions such as IBS. The world of nutrition is constantly evolving. I am constantly learning about nutrition, both from new research and from the individual way that each of my clients reacts to foods. No two people are the same!
